Akshar Green World Airoli Possession Date

Q: Hi - Does anyone know the expetected possession date for Akshar Green World, Airoli? The Builder has already taken 88% of the due amount, and has recently sent the letter for another 4% against club house completion (even though the clubhouse is still under construction).

did they got OC its 2019 ..till when you going to hold owners like this? is there any end to this,I lost my father last year 7 will never be able to see my home now this is ridiculous.

Just asked Green World Guys about the possession of the Flat. He is saying tentatively will be done by December 2018

Is that True, we have purchased in July 2017 since then this possession date is extended twice ,can we get hold of this. When I visited this project in March 2018 Plumbing work is pending & shops are in process,Club house is 90% done but all finishing will take time looks like 6 months more.

Yes, Akshar Green World, Airoli Navi Mumbai is under completion status and they are giving possession for few towers as per approval and possession certificate.

And pay your rest of the EMI on time to as you have paid earlier otherwise, the builder will get a chance to dominate on you.

Hi Ankur,
As you know that as per new RERA guidelines if a project is under construction then the builder will have to register it under MAHARERA. And once the registration is done under MAHARERA, then the builder is bound to give possession on the said date. As per their website, possession date is December 2017. And if the builder is unable to hand over the possession on the said date, then they have to pay penalty at the rate of 10 percent.
