I am not sure about the exact possession date but what i heard by their sales person is October, 2016. You know now a days almost every project getting delay do you to some legal issues or clearance. Axis, SBI, HDFC and HSBC are the leading home loan provider banks.

According to me project is for both end user or investor because the project is set in the fastest growing residential Hub of Hyderabad in close proximity to the IT hub, Financial District.
