Hello people. The project is already being taken care of. Reliance Jio Infocomm officials made an official statement saying Hyderabad would need about 1,700 kms of Optical Fiber Cables (OFC) and that 500 kms of this had already been laid. And yes this is also true that they are not going to stop with just Hyderabad. Apparently Warangal would be the next city after Hyderabad to get 4G Wi-Fi services in the state. I don't know if it will be free there. Maybe they will test how it goes in HITEC City and then decide if they can make it free there also or not.

Hello. The news is confirmed. and everyone is excited about it. According to Reliance Jio Infocomm, that will be providing the services, the 4 G Wi-Fi connectivity will definitely be free at least for the first 6 months. But it could also be a publicity stunt. Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has asked the Reliance Jio Infocomm officials to finish this work by September at least in HITEC City. I think the reason is because the Mayor is going to have a conference here. But any which way, It is good for us residents. Our internet bill will gwt lesser. :P

Hi. I have also heard about this. HITEC City will be a 4G enabled Wi-Fi city! This really helps those people who need internet on the go like IT professionals. This project is supposed to be over by the end of the year. Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has asked the officials to make the whole city free 4G Wi-Fi enabled starting from here. There is a lot of money that the government is putting into this and they are already being nicely rewarded for it with praise in the media. Apparently this project will take Rs 4,100 crore to complete.

Hello friend. HITEC City is the best place for you to shift if your office is near. You can save so much time in travel and more importantly, there are a lot of developments that are going to come up here. The most important thing that I am excited about it that this whole section is soon going to be Wi-Fi enabled. Everyone is very happy about this move and the government has said the connectivity is going to be free for the first 6 months. So all the IT professionals living here and even other people living here will get free Wi-Fi for emergenct purposes.
