Hi,
So as we discussed here about locality ,we all focused on the commercial and residential way. But we know that if there is any residential apartment or houses , there must be near by schools, college, hospitals & banks. So can anyone put some light on it ?

As per my knowledge Major schools like American Public School, Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon, Rotary Public School ,Institute for International Management & Technology ,Amity School of Engineering & Technology ,New Vision Senior Secondary School & The Shri Ram High School are surrounded to Sector 19.
Major hospitals like Mayom Hospital, Park Hospital, Privat Hospital & World Laparoscopy Hospital are near to sector 19.
Major banks like ICICI Bank, State Bank of Travancore Branch ,Deutsche Bank, Yes Bank & HDFC Bank are surrounded to this sector.

Yes you are right about Gurgaon. Gurgaon is so attractive for investors because margins for developers in Gurgaon are higher.If you are planning to buy a house around Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon must be high up on your list. The satellite cities are the most sought after destinations when it comes to the National Capital Region.According to source Gurgaon will continue to show strength on the back of rising number of end-users and investors.Also, for consumers, appreciation in Gurgaon is higher than in Noida in the past few years.

Close to both human and technological resources and boasts of cutting edge facility capable of competing with the best of Business Process Off-shoring organizations in this area. Sector-19 is a very great location. It is opposite DLF Cyber City, Metro station also available. It is well connectivity from Delhi and IGI Airport, Udyog Vihar. It has having many reputed companies like Airtel, BPTP, India Bulls, Hotel Hilton Trident, Hotel Oberoi. This sector is famous for Udyog Vihar Phase 4 .

That's right Krishna .As per my knowledge the Udyog Vihar area in Gurgaon caters around 60% commercial office space requirement of Gurgaon. It is divided into 4 phases and houses a lot of Indian and multinational MNCS. The Udyog Vihar has become most sought after destination for companies who are looking for standalone buildings for corporate office purposes ever since the enhanced far regime is implemented for IT/ITES Companies.Udyog-Vihar area is under Haryana State Industrial Development Corporatizing (HSIDC). Even the Office HSIDC is also located at Udyog-Vihar only.

Why we all are saying that it's a commercial hub. Because whether you are a manufacturing company, trading company, export house, processing house, call centre or any other and you are looking for office spaces in Udyog-Vihar. This is approved IT/ITS place of Haryana. Gurgaon in all is a well developed city and is rightly called the commercial capital of the country. It has many corporate houses and residential buildings. This place is now growing very rapidly in both ways. Not only in commercial purpose only but also residential purpose investment is happening here.

As per my knowledge For better connectivity with other parts of the city Gurgaon Bus Stand,Uttam Nagar Terminal ,DLF Cyber City , Shyam Chowk & Sector 18 Bus Stop & IndusInd Bank Cyber City Rapid Metro Station are there near to this sector.
