Hi,
Currently the construction work is in full pace and expected to complete by December'2017. The project are located off Amar Shaheed Path, which is the city’s new prime destination. Launched with much fanfare, all project has received building plan approvals.

What are the location benefit of this project as i am planning to invest in the locality it is a major points to know? What is the current property rate is going on in the locality?

This project has some good location advantages such as Airport-5 minutes away, Railway Station -15-20 minutes drive, 20 minutes away from Hazratganj, 10 minutes away from Sushant Golf City, 10 minutes away from S.G.P.G.I

The current price trend of residential property is between Rs. 3100-3250/sq-ft.
