Want to buy near Uppal metro station

Q: Hi all. What’s the status on the Metro station in Uppal? I’m asking coz I want to buy property here. But I wont if the construction works are still going on, bcoz that poses a lot of problems in everyday life.

Oh yeah. It is almost done. In fact it is going to be opened up to the public this October. This is going to be one of those really posh metro stations, there is going to be trial runs in the month of July, to see the public’s opinion about this master project. As far as buying a house goes, I think you’re free to do that. The essential constructions works are all dealt with so there wont be any road blocking or other issues anymore. Also, better get it right away before the property prices rise up further you know.

Hey, I must commend you on your choice. Seriously you could not have chosen a better place and time for your house. I mean, yeah the market is always blooming along the metro line, but Uppal is actually one of the localities which will benefit from not only this metro station but also from the Uppal flyover. And the market here is pretty much unexplored, and there is a lot of room for its growth. So yeah, I think its a good time to invest in Uppal.

That’s smart of you actually. A friend of mine had made the same mistake. He bought a house close to the Miyapur metro station just when construction started. He used to have such a hard time, especially during commuting and all. I mean the roads get jammed, suddenly there are oneways, and the pollution is unbelievable. But you don’t need to worry much. I think the Uppal metro station is on its final stages of construction, so it is quite safe to get a house there now.
