Hi,
Even i am planning to buy. How is the project locality? When is the project possession date? What is the current residential property rate is going on in the locality?

Attapur is a major suburb located to the West of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. Important areas surrounding the locality include Nandi Musalai Guda, Upperpally, Krishna Nagar, NM Guda, New Ganganagar and Gudimalkapur. Huda Colony, Tejaswi Nagar, Radha Krishna Nagar, Mushk mahal and Maruti Nagar are some prominent localities of Attapur. Hyderabad Elevated Expressway passes through Attapur and connects it to the Fort Road and Langer House Road. The locality is served by the APSRTC Buses and the nearest bus stops are Attapur-0.5 km, Hyderguda-1.0 km, Rambagh-0.85 km, Ring road-1.4 km etc.
The current price trend of residential property in the locality is Rs. 3000-3500/sq-ft. As the sales representatives are saying that the possession date will be June'2015.So, we can only hope for the on time delivery.
