As per sources, sector 37C is offering very average residential price rather than it's neighboring areas such as Sohna road. From connectivity & transportation point of view, this sector has better inter-city connectivity as well as external roads connecting other parts of city, with the development of various 60mt wide roads as well as 24mt wide roads. This is one of the major key factor of this sector.

Sector 37C falls under the Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG),so several municipal facilities such as planned sewage system, 24Hrs electricity, well organized street light, local transportation, 24Hrs running water etc are great better here. These facilities attracts many people to choose this sector as their residential destination.

So that there will no more traffic in existing roads. Likewise, the development of Hero Honda Chowk Flyover, will provide a major road from NH-8 to Sector 37C.

Sector-37C gives good appreciation in last six month. Average range reflect in this localities in Jan 2014 is 3500 per sq/ft and in july 2014 is reflect 4608 per sqft. Due to close connectivity to Delhi price is increasing trend and it is good option in upcoming yrs.

The locality is still developing with a lot of residential apartments. All the basic facilities like mall, market, school, bank, hospitals and ATM are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.

Sector-37C is a very prime location in Gurgoan. It is located strategically between NH-8 & Dwarka Expressway. It is minutes away from Hero Honda Chowk, 5 minutes from proposed metro station and 10 minutes from Gurgaon Railway Station, 15 minutes from IFFCCO Chowk and 15 minutes from Gurgaon main Bus Stand.
