I see a good future for Sohna in comparison with Dwarka throughway because it has been planned very well. This area is well developed with the mix of residential and commercial activity which is imperative for the success of any region. The corridor-establishing from Golf course extension towards Badshapur and all of the way to Sohna is at a stage that Gurgaon used to be about 7-8 years back. So between the 2 choices, I will prefer Sohna.
Yes rajiv, You are right ! Dwarka Expressway - Dwarka Expressway has come up essentially as a residential area with very little commercial activity. Typically such areas have limited grown potential.
Improvement in infrastructure was the most important concern for builders and developer in this area. The traffic congestion around Hero Honda Chowk and Mehrauli-Gurgaon street is the major concerned while investment in Sohna road. It's a hope that Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) will work on improving the stretch between Rajeev Chowk and Badshahpur Chowk.
Hi Ishika, Sector 54 is very posh area and price trend is quite high , as per my knowledge current price is in the range of 10500- 12500 per sq ft. currently few ongoing project going on this localities is Suncity height,the palm springs@ puri Construction is the best option.
