Hi, As per my knowledge , currently there are no on-going projects of any builder. Raheja Developers Limited, had projects in that location. But in my point of view you can get on-going project in it's nearby sectors. Like for example Sector -32.

Hi, In my point of view, In year 2009 , this location had price up-to 5000/sq-ft . Well it showed constant improvement in year 2011,2012 & 2013. After a lot of ups & downs it touched price 12300/sq-ft in year 2014. In this trend ,clearly it showed 12.96% improvement. Connectivity point of view this location is best and fully communicated with other near by sectors .Metro Station, Schools and Hospitals are easily approachable. Definitely appreciation will be good .
