As per my knowledge, Maxworth City Residences project by Maxworth group of Company is ongoing in this sector. It is coming with 2 BHK & 3BHK apartment. So Udit may I know what you are plaaning to buy ? 2 BHK or 3 BHK apartment?

In my point of view, this sector is opposite to reputed industries .It is just opposite to the Hero Honda chowk and hence has an excellent connectivity to all companies. The sector is located very close to the industrial area. Establishment of some residential apartments in the sector attracted many workers to settle here.

It is a best place for industrial people to live in . It is opposite the Industrial Sector 37 and Udyog-Vihar VI and connects with Jharsa Road, Pataudi Road and the upcoming Dwarka-Expressway on each of its sides. A flyover and U turn towards the Sector are in planning stages and it has potential to match best of the localities on Sohna Road. Ramprastha Estates are being built right behind this location.
