In my point of view , you can invest in this area. Tech Zone is a very decent locality with good environment. This sector has all basic amenities like school, college, hospital & bank nearby. This project is located opposite to Amrapali Leisure Valley Villa . Greater Noida is the future of NCR and Tech Zone in Greater Noida is the center or heart of Greater Noida.
