Q: I'm planning to purchase a flat in Armsburg Koundinya at Suchitra junction hyderabad.
The price is about 2600 / sft.
Is it good time to buy a flat and the price is OK ?

The price is okay according to the area. Not sure about the construction quality as the builder has completed only one project as of now.

Check throughly all the documents provided by the builder before book a property.
