I've been living in chanda nagar for close to 5 years now and I have no complaints. Good connectivity is there because of Mumbai highway. Good schools like Sri Chaitanya Junior College, Bhavan’s Public School and Santa Maria International School are there. Chanda nagar railway station is also there. Best of luck!
Hey realty prices in Chanda nagar are a little more expensive though. For space of 100 to 200 square yard, the prices ranges between 4 lakh to 25 lakhs.
Chanda nagar is great! I can easily get to places like Hitec city, Miyapur, Kondapur and Lingampally from here. And social infra is also well developed like schools, hospitals and all that.
I think real estate values are depreciating in Shamirpet though. Now the price is between 3 to 14 lakh for 60 to 300 square yards but I remember last year, prices were higher.
Like said above though, in Ghatkesar you should only go for long term investments, say 5 to 6 years minimum. Development is still happening and it will take time before you are fully satisfied with your investment returns. Best of luck!
I agree. Shamirpet is a very chilled out place to stay in since it is far from the pollution and noise of the city. My grandparents bought a retirement home there and seem to really like Shamirpet.
So many IT companies have purchased land in Ghatkesar. So many investors are funding Ghatkesar's development because of this. Everyone expects good returns from Ghatkesar.
Ghatkesar on Warangal highway in east hyderabad is also another good option for you. Plot prices are cheap about Rs 2 to 13 lakh for 100 to 300 sq. yards.
If you're buying in Adibatla, go in for long term investments i.e 5 years or more, because social infra is still not very well developed here. This region is part of ITIR so lot of companies are there. Lot of demand for property is there in Adibatla
Good thng is that all these plots are approved by HDMA and have set up infra facilities like underground drainage, sewerage tanks, inner service roads, electricity and water supply.
Have you checked out South Hyderabad for plots? Because this area had maximum demand for plots in April this year. Especially in Adibatla where price ranges between 3 lakh to 1 crore for 60 to 3600 sq yard.
Plots are the second most demanded real estate product after apartments in Hyderabad. So you've got many options throughout the city. Many NRIs and investors are buying plots now.
