Real Estate info on Miyapur-Chandanagar belt

Q: Hey guys. Can someone give me a bit more information on the North west expansion of Hyderabad i.e Miyapur and Chanda Nagar. A lot of people have been buying property in these places and I'm also interested. I want to know a little more about the potential and development that these 2 localities have.

There are lot of vacant plots here so developers are keen to invest here. This entire belt is really promising real estate wise. best of luck

There is going to be a lot of develpment of internal roads, hospitals, schools and other institutes of higher education, retail outlets, MMTS, quicker access to Outer Ring Road and upcoming metro rail. These infrastructure projects will develop very fast in these localities.

Property prices have appreciated by 10% since last year in both Miyapur and Chanda nagar.

For the next 3 t 5 years, the locality is really going to thrive. Lot of commercial projects are to come up here. There are 800 to 1000 mid and high end segment houses here

Residential prices here are 15 to 20% lower than in places like Kukatpally, Madhapur, Kondapur or Gachibowli.And the current rental values range between Rs 2500 to 3500 per square feet.

These localities are really affordable, have good conenctivity and are really close to the IT belts of Gachibowli and Hitech city. Most of the people who stay here are working professionals or students

Eveer since Kukatpally and Madhapur become extremely over populated, epople started moving to Chanda nagar and Miyapur. This was since 2006 to 2007. Residential and commercial projects have been growing on a very large scale in these localities.
