Q: Hey guys. I work in Hitech city but i do not want to live there anymore because it is very noisy and crowded. i am thinking about moving to kompally as I feel it is away from hustle and bustle of city life. Is this a good idea/ What is the reale state market of the area like? Price trends?
Have you considered staying in Bhu Sattva? It's a very nice apartment complex that is far away from the crowded streets and noise but still quite close to IT companies in Hitech city.
Komapally is one the biggest suburbs in hyderabad today and one of the best residential localities. It's hard to imagine that it was just a village not too many years ago.
Komapally is a very nice area to live in. This is also one place where you can buy plots. It is difficult to come buy vacant land these days in Hyderabad, and Kompally has a lot of investment options including plots
In west hyderabad, I feel Kompally is the best place to live in because it offers huge consumer savings due to its low property prices. other places in west hyderabad like Gachibowli, Miyapur, Kukatpally, KPHB colony demand very high property prices, it is just not worth it.
Property prices are very affordable in Kompally, just between 2500 to 4000 bucks per square feet. In Hitech city, you get 2 and 3 bhk apartments for 50 lakh to 1 crore. But in Komaplly, you get it for 28 lakh to 40 lakh.
Kompally is awesome. I live here. It is situated in the midst of the IT belt, and even then somehow it has managed to remain a solely residential locality. he environment is serene and green and there's great connectivity so you can reach other places in the city quite easily.
I think it's an excellent idea for you to move to Kompally. Get away from all the many commercial establishments, traffic chaos and high property prices. It's always nice to go back to a peaceful environment after work like Kompally :)
You are making a wise decision. Property prices in Hitech city are sickeningly high, try 50 lakh! And in Kompally, it is just 28 lakh for the same property type. Best of luck :)
Hey there :) Oddly enough I did the exact same thing. i moved to kompally and I work in Hitech city. it is a great idea because i got a home for my budget of 30 lakh and travel time to Hitech city is only 20 minutes.
