Q: Hello. So I work in Gachibowli but there is no way I'm going to be able to pay rent here with these property rates. A lot of people have been telling me about Boduppal and how cheap the property rates are there. How is this locality in general? Do you think it is wise if I move here even though my office is elsewhere? Can I also know about the price trends of this locality?

Q: Hey guys. I work in Hitech city but i do not want to live there anymore because it is very noisy and crowded. i am thinking about moving to kompally as I feel it is away from hustle and bustle of city life. Is this a good idea/ What is the reale state market of the area like? Price trends?

Latest Answer: Have you considered staying in Bhu Sattva? It's a very nice apartment complex that is far away from the crowded streets and noise but still quite close to IT companies in Hitech city.

Q: Hey I've heard that the CM has assured potential investors from Singapore about Hyderabad having a 'plug and play' environment? What does this mean exactly? What sort of new real estate laws have been brought about in this city and why is it considered to be the most liveable city in India?

Latest Answer: Yes and people like that, and want to get good returns while not putting in too much capital resources to begin with. Hyderabad is the perfect place for that.
