They're selling without broucher also(Not mentioning where the amenities are coming) 2. The work seems very slow. Is there any delay on the project? 3. Is it advicable to buy here? 4. Plz provide the quality of constructon of the builder also if any
Hello Pardeep, Recently I visited the project site and his site offices, they are offering price of Rs 3200 per sq ft. Builder is providing own borewell water supply for this project. Yes, few of my friends said that water condition is poor in this area, but it will be sorted out very soon by local bodies.
The price for these apartments starts from 37 lakhs to 39 lakhs. the 2 bhkw ill cost you 37 lakhs and the 3 bhk apartments will cost you 39 lakhs or so. The AR Infra group is a fairly new group in the real estate sector and they are no permissions for this project as far as I know.
the 2 bhk apartments in this project have an area of 1235 sq ft to 1245 sq ft, and the 3 bhk apartments in this project have a built up area of 1310 sq ft.
This project has around 260 units for sale in both 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats as well. There seems to be some kind of a problem with the amenities that have been promised. I think you should wait for a while, and make sure that this project has the required approval frm GHMC before buying the property.
Hey, you mean the The Nest project by the AR Infratech right? the constrution of this project is already done, and the possession was supposed to start from 2013 only, but I do not think that anybody has occupied this project as yet.
Hi, is any review available about AR Nest at marrichettu opp. To Lancohills ,if so plz let me know. About legal, and cost per daft (they are saying 3000, I think they can give 2900) . Negative side am thinking is that they are asking 4.5L for amenities, Thanks

Why am asking this is: I saw some of them are fighting with the builder that it's already delayed by 3 months.
But mu personal suggestion to you that before making your investment you need to do proper research such as connectivity, location advantages, legal approvals, transportation etc.
