They claim to be the builder for crescent mall and cresent apartment as well within Sushant Golf city, not sure as not enough information available.
Being a new developer and selling the project on a low price creates a sense of doubt in investing at pre launch stage. Should I wait till ground work start??

Hello Aftab, As far as I know Crescent Apartments is the first project by Crescent Group. The project offers 1,2 & 3 bhk apartment and the rate per sqft going on is Rs 1900.
