Other than these, also heard of the Rs. 100 crore tunnel will be formed at a cost of in Periyakomban and Kattal Hills to facilitate a third drinking water project for the city. Drinking water will definitely improve from this venture, that is sure to have ap ositive effect on the city's realty market.

Hey guys, any of you heard of the multi-level parking lots that will be set up in three places, including busy localities of Town Hall and Gandhipuram. This project is inviting private and public participation and the budget estimate is at Rs. 80 crore

Roads are also improving, plans for better connectivity are underway. I read about a semi-circular road, which would be linking several important roads like Mettupalayam Road, Sathyamangalam and Tiruchi roads

Good news is that on the whole, the entire city is going to be more developed. I recently heard of this 12 new health centre buildings that are coming up at a cost of Rs. 7.04 cr. Along with that development of 20 health centres and setting up of a new centre is also happening here in Coimbatore

Another interesting project coming up is definitely the waste recycling project. Under this building waste will be recycled into useful articles, budget is Rs.12.80 crore, And I think this will improe the lving standards of the city on a whole, and attract more real estate potential.

So under these projects, there is plans to improve the urban structure of the city, by removing slums, and providing 2,912 houses for homeless poor at a cost of Rs. 443.55 crore!
