2Bharath, Property demand in Miyapur has increased over the last few years as the connectivity with IT and commercial and industrial hubs is excellent. Apart from it, the contributing factors towards the improved connectivity include link roads passing through Miyapur connecting highways, airports, railway, and bus terminals.
Hi everybody, What is the potential of the Maatrusrinagar Miyapur opposite upcoming metro station? Can i invest there? Your advice is highly appreciable.....thanks.
Hi Bharath...... Well It totally depends on budget and how well the builder is known for. I prefer Miyapur as there is no water problem and metro is about to raise the bar. I myself was looking into DSG group project near Miyapur with quality construction but the possession dates vary too much. And the builder is really over confident about the prices quoting at 3500/sq-ft.
HI, Now that Hyderabad has been declared as the common capital of both Seemandhra and Telangana, the real estate sector in the city is expected to go through a major transformation. Some of the top residential locations such as Miyapur and Kondapur range in Hyderabad are offering properties between Rs 2500 to Rs 4000/sq ft. Meanwhile, Hyderabad will also be receiving Metro Rail soon and it will be interesting to see its impact on the real estate industry of the city.
So always choose the property of a reputed builder and a good location like Miyapur. The price which is quoted above is totally unnecessary so avoid that rate.
