Q: Hai I am shifting with my spouse to a nice luxury apartment in Miyapur and I was thinking about Legend Coconut Grove. Does anyone have any info on this? I don't know much about this project but I've been told it will be a good investment. what facilities are available here? What are the property prices like?

Hey Miyapur is a nice place to stay in. But I've heard that connectivity is one of the weaknesses of the locality. Apparently there is only one road connecting many localities to Gachibowli and ORR. This causes a lot of traffic.

You get so many facilities in this complex like swimming pool, gym, indoor area, play area, wifi, intercom, and a number of recreational facilities :)

There's also a cafeteria, 24 hour power back up, club house, broadband, basketball court, maintenance staff, library and rain water harvesting practices. totally worth it!!

Even medical aid is there within the premises. even a library and community hall is there. All in all, it seems nice. But you have to wait for a bit to buy I think, and by that time, property prices may increase.

It is quite spacious also. Size of a 2 bhk is 1024 square feet and for 3 bhk it ranges between 1414 to 2117 per sq. feet.

There are a total of 800 luxury apartments spread over 7 acres of green lush land in Miyapur. Seems very nice.
