It is proposed to be converted into a township of its own wit all facilities once all plots are sold and built. Hunsur Coorg highway right? Lovely road. They have around 100 units and the price is very decent. Rs 450 per sq ft.
Yeah! Mainly to attract IT crowd from Hebbal region. Hebbal is getting crowded day by day and more people like thhe idea of moving outside the city limits and driving down without traffic. BBL Meadows is a lovely choice that way
It is a very nice area. I have seen it while traveling on Hunsur Road. It is like about 10 km from the Hebbal Industrial Estate. So sort of strategically placed you see.
