They have approval from Mysore Urban Development Authority, and also the Mellapura Gram Panchayat. Surely they will need to deliver the promised facilities. If nothing buy the plot

The place is still on the outskirts. I wouldn't call it a good buy if you are building right now. May be invest for thhe future. No amenities nearby. You need to have your own vehicle and travel 10 km to reach Hebbal Industrial Estate.

Hey their facilities are pretty decent. I went with a friend who recently bought plot there. They promise sump tank, play area, overhead tanks, asphalted roads. I think its value for money

Actually it is 20 Lakhs for 4000 sq ft. I had asked them last month. And prices are soon gonna rise. Because it is closer to the industrial economic zone right?

Ah! That is so cheap actually! The plots must ten be available for like 6 lakhs or 18 lakhs right? That is really good price for 4000 sq ft

No no. Not much variation. Unlike from other real estate builders, Green City has only two options. 30 x 40 sq ft and 50 x 80 sq ft. Their selling price is the catch. Rs 500 per sq ft only!

They have this vast area in karkanahalli village you know. Most of the land there has been acquired by builders for making mini townships. Skytop Green City offers 1200 sq ft to 4000 sq ft I remember

I think it is supposed to have been completed by September. I hope so. They are having a lot of competition as far as I know. The IT Boom is propagating the crowd to Yelawala area.

Hi. Skytop Green City is located in Yelawala, or as some people call it Yelwal region of Mysore. It is more of outskirts, outside Ilavala Hobli but is an upcoming residential area
