No not exactly. Slightly on the interior. But yes, any parallel government projects will only increase the value here. You consider the distance it has from Hebbal area and main city, it is a nice calm location.

I think the Mysore Urban Development Authority had proposed a 6 lane state highway project. From Srirangapatna to Hunsur. This residential project is also on the same road.

I think it is fair given te amenities they offer. Garden, tennis court, basketball court, play area, water supply, security etc all seem modernistic. Also they ahve approval from MUDA and DTCP

I inquired last week and they said tat the rates have gone up. Now they are charging 1000 Rs per sq ft for the plot, whichever area you purchase.

Royal Heritage Gaarden is supposed to have 4 area plots. 1200 sq ft, 1500 sq ft, 24oo sq ft and 4000 sq ft

They are situated 12 km from the Mysore railway station and has recently launched the phase 4 of its diffferent project phases. They have around 100 to 500 units on offer

True, You are correct. Royal Heritage Gaarden is yet another miniature self sufficient self contained township idea for Mysore suburbs. They have very good growth potential given their location.

This is that Bhoomika Corporation project right? Have to go inside from Yelawala Police Station . I think I have seen it. There is a lot of land in tat region near Power Grid Corporation of India Limited
