issues With janapriya

Q: some of my friend residing there had shared a disappointing review of Janapriya with issues ranging from horrible water scarcity to unreasonable changes in the society working.The water supply for flush in the building is also not there.added to the woes is the fact that they have now apparently increased the maintenance to 2000 and want 3months in advance! Really!!!

Yes, there is no bore well water available in the whole region; Janapriya and other developers in the region had tried drilling multiple times with no success. So, my suggestion to all the buyers and investors that check all the basic amenities in the locality, electricity and water connection in the locality, connectivity, transport facilities before investing your hard earned money in any projects.

Secondly, issue with the maintenance charges, gathered all the resident owners and ask for a association meeting, raised you query there. If still they are not ready to compromise take a legal action and file a complain against them in consumer court.
