Hi,

I I have book flat in Sentosa, Virar in 2013 and still awaiting for possession. As per agreement, I was suppose to get possession by 2015 but still awaiting for any confirmation from their end. I feel we all should jointly file a complain with RERA to get back our hard earned invested money. Fighting with buiders individually will be too time consuming with dim chance of success.

However on my floor 2 flat owners are already staying.

Hi,
Ekta overall seems to be a good name and fame in realty market. But Virar project is overpriced. I think builder is quoting 5300+ all including which is very high. You have lot of supply coming up in Virar and plenty of other good builders to choose from.

Hi Padma,
From investment perspective, funda should be to buy cheap and sell high. I feel projects around 4200-4500/sq-ft can be considered for investment. Also consider total cost/outflow in calculations not just basic rate. They increase additional charges like Clubhouse, development charges etc. In big brands, add on charges are too high which will reduce your ROI. If u are able to get Ekta Parksville for 4200-4500/sq-ft, it's a great buy! Just checkout the total cost before buying. It should not be that by reducing basic rate.

Hi,
I didn't read any bad news in any site till now. Better you visit the site and ask the local people and some property owner. This way will get the correct information. Otherwise you will find that some builder's representative will give you positive feedback only or some others will criticize the project.
