According to my knowledge investing in fortune butterfly city is a good decision , i hope that place will develope very soon as there is a 3000 acres proposed government land named mucherla IT park & it is just 20 mins drive from international airport as there is no traffic in the high way roads, there are nearly 55 families staying in that venture itself & above 500 villas are already constructed and handovered to the customers . i'm one of the customer of fortune butterfly city & i'm very happy with their amenities.

Depositing in bank is far better than investing in a venture which is toooooo faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrr from the city. To my knowledge Hyderabad city may not extend to that place even in 50 years. If you purchase this once you may not be able to sell for the same price even after a decade.
