Some affordable property in the nearby locality are Mohan Palms, Poddar Evergreens, Arihant Anmols, Mohan Highlands, Panvelkar Estates among others.

NMMT buses are available from Badlapur East to Vashi & CBD Belapur.The neighbourhood is served by fast trains and it takes approximately 1.23 hours from Mumbai (CST) to reach Badlapur. The nearest railway station is located at a distance of 3.1 kilometres and the nearest airport is Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport at around 49.2 kilometres from Badlapur East.

There are several reputed schools and colleges in Badlapur East. These include D.G. Naik Vidyalaya, Holy Spirit School, New English High School, Adarsh Vidya Mandir etc. Apart from that some of the hospitals in Badlapur East are Sushrut Hospital, Mangalya Hospital, Dhanvantari Hospital, Mamata Hospital, Spandan Hospital etc.
