Hi everybody,
Is it a good time to invest in buyin a flat in Motera, Ahmedabad? Will i get gud returns in future for resale or rent. If yes, which area is better from the two Chandkheda or Motera. What are the rates at present ?

Yes, Market currently is under stable stream. it is a great time to invest but talking about returns there are few points to look for. Good returns always depends on following points i.e. cost of investment - 25-35 lacs is good range for this area, location of investment - it has to be close to main highway, area of investment - look for developing area, look for builder reputation and planning + amenities in scheme and time bond for investment. It should no t be short term plan and look for minimum 5 years.

Hi Suchita, The rate per sqft going on is Rs 3000. In the recent times the locality has gained its importance. The locality is preferred by people because it doesn't face traffic woes being on the periphery of Ahmedabad. The Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Metro is yet in planning stage and the construction of Phase-I will be over by late 2018. But it is notable that Motera will be a metro rail interchange hub. Investing here can be a good option.
