Please guide us , is this worthable investment or not and am more concern about their quality,as i have seen their model villa and got impressed with the material what they used in model villa but only doubt that will they deliver the all villas with that quality?

As far as my knowledge is concerned BBCL is a new developer and they will give their 100% and fulfill their commitment as they have a very entered into a competitive market. So, they try to develop their name first. My suggestion to you that check all the legal approvals, basic facilities nearby, connectivity to your work place. Then only proceed. If there is any legal dispute avoid them. Read all the documents and clause carefully, check whether there is a clause for compensation in delay of project or not, verify it to the local body.
