So, they try to develop their name first. My suggestion to you that check all the legal approvals, basic facilities nearby, connectivity to your work place. Then only proceed. If there is any legal dispute avoid them. Read all the documents and clause carefully, check whether there is a clause for compensation in delay of project or not, verify it to the local body.
