@Shrikant, In Mumbai Suburban District, there are three Talukas viz. Kurla, Andheri, Borivali and 86 village . City Survey of these are done by 10 city survey offices. Along with the above CTSOs there is an independent Office of the Taluka Inspector of Land Records, Mumbai Suburban District. The Suptd. of Land Records is the controlling authority of all the CTSOs & the T.I.L.R.
HI, The City Survey Record is prepared for all the villages in Mumbai Sub District. A property card for each City Survey number is also prepared. The P.R.C. it self contains the following details.

Hi, It is also considerable that you may wish to consult a lawyer to understand better the process of buying a property and your rights and obligations before signing any document. In engaging a lawyer you should also clarify the scope of services to be provided as well as the fees payable.
Hi, In terms of the input data we discussed above, here is where you should be looking for each of these: 1) Property Details: This information should be available from the seller, but more comprehensive and detailed information can also be obtained from your local County Records Office i.e. registrar office. 2): Purchase Information: It’s worth having the property inspected by a professional building inspector to ensure that there are no hidden issues or problems. 3) Financing Details: Get an idea about the cost of the loan and the necessary down payment. 4) Income: You can also talk to the property management company currently running the property to get this information and it should come directly from the seller. 5) Expenses: Similar to income, details about expenses should come directly from the seller (last warning not to trust pro-forma data!) or the property management company currently running the property.
