average rate per sq ft in this area is around 2900 to 3000 rs. which is good if you seen this amount for next 2 yrs. some of the good project in this localities is Dwarkadhis Aravali Heights , Vipul Gardens ,Casa Romana etc.

Dharuhera is an industrial are well connected with NH8. 30 km from Gurgaon, it is a fast developing residential hub. It has been witnessing capital appreciation over the past few years ensuring continuous demand from investors. Price is quite low as compared to Gurgoan and in nearer future it is one of the option for investment in NCR belt.
