Navavur Pirivu is the place where Adyant is there. The Sri Sowdeswari Vidyalaya is some 5 mins wal;k from this place. And Sri Lavanya hospital is right opposite the street.

Hey I go to meet my friend living there. They have a gymnasium and some health facilities too. A good choice if living with family in Vadavalli. Also since you will be new to the city, you will have most of the main places within 4 to 5 km radius.

Interesting. Nowadays you find these amenities only in new modern residential projects. This Dakha Adyant began in 2010 June, still has incorporated all this? Must have good maintenance.

Hey they are very well equipped housing complex. They have a garden, play area for kids, club house, community hall and rain water harvesting and all.

Oh nice! That shows the 1 bHK is actually pretty spacious. Nowadays not many people take it. But here, I think since you are moving in with your family obviously a 2 BHK is on your mind? 1241 sq ft 2 BHK should cost around 50 lakhs.

Actually that is amusing. Why have a 1 BHK when the area they offer is comparable. i looked up online and found that the built in area for a 1 BHK is fixed at 908 sq ft and 2 BHK is 890 - 1241 sq ft.

I had recently contacted them and also some owners wanting to sell houses in the building. They said the asking price set for 1 BHK is around Rs 4050 per sq ft while it might go upto Rs 4150 per sq ft for a 2 BHK

Adyant basically has apartment units which are either 1 BHK or 2 BHK. The project has been open to the public since 2010 sometime. So not all the houses will be new or renovated.

Yes, you got the place right.. Dakshas Adyant is one of the 12 completed projects by the group of builders called Sree Daksha Property Developers. It is a complex with 4 floor buildings

Hi! Vadavalli is a growing real estate marketplace. The cozy weather and closeness to foothills of Marudhamalai make it a nice place to live. Dakshas Adyant I think is just at the intersection of the link road between Thadagam road and Marudhamalai road
