I heard from my friends that they used to have water issues, but now it is fine. So I am guessing it has been worked upon as too many people were complaining regarding the same.
I live in Sai Baba Colony, and the situation hasnt improved much for us. Water still trickles in, and we receive water once in three days. Some parts of R S Puram, Sivanandha Colony and Sai Baba Colony have been left out of the pre-election abundance of water
Well the Siruvani officials are saying that they began supplying the optimum capacity of 101.4 MLD from the third week of August because the dam was full.
No doubt its about the elections. But the corporation officials are obviously denying that. They're saying that the water is there because of the heavy monsoon that we have had.
In Kurichi, Kavundampalayam and Vadavalli, which were getting water only once in two weeks or every 20 days, water supply has been increased to once a week. It is not adequate but we have reduced the number of tankers we buy.
Yes. We in Ramnagar get water every alternate day over the last week of August and it's a good quantity too. Parts of Krishnasamy Nagar and Gandhipuram have reported an increase in the frequency of water supplied.
Earlier, only the eastern part of the main roads used to get good water supply. Water used to trickle out in our homes in this area. Not even half a tank would get filled till mid-August. But now its all good :)
Yes water condition has definitely improved, I think its in light of the elections. I live in R.S puram, and Im finally getting continuous water in my house. Earlier we used to get water only once every four days
