Hyderabad to become top IT destination

Q: Hello. I am hearing that Telanganna government has been coming up with ideas to make Hyderabad the top IT investment city in the country. What are these suggestions and ideas?

If you want to invest in Hyderabad, be it a commercial or residential property, now is the perfect time. for both long and short term investments because there are a lot of activities that is bringing about price appreciation and high property values.

For the past years there was a lot of political stability in Hyd. Now finally there is a stable chief minister and IT minister who are going about things the right way.

Yes the vice chairman of Nasscom, B.V.R. Mohan Reddy has already met the Telanganna chief minister and he was extremely satisfied with the way the discussion on the IT sector in Hyderabad went. Lot of projects are coming up

I read somewhere that the son of the Telanganna chief minister had reportedly said that they want 1 % more IT growth than AP, but they want both to grow in terms of IT sector.

I like the Telanganna government now because they're actually doing some good and trying to incorporate a lot of positive changes for the city. they're actually willing to spend their budgets in developmental changes

Yes this is true. Top companies like Google and Amazon have plans of establishing permanent facilities in Hyd. Even Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro and Cyient have the same plans in Hyderabad

Pretty soon I feel the number of IT companies in Hyderabad will grow drastically. Already a lot of multinational billion dollar companies have signed contracts with Hyd and acquired land for their industries.

Pune is also gaining lots of popularilty when it comes to IT sector. It is number 3 in terms of IT exports with a share of 11% of total IT exports

Yes Hyderabad is the 2nd in the country in terms of IT exports with a share of 12% to the total IT exports, while for Bangalore, the share is 31%.
