Q: I am looking the flat for my own use. Badlapur east project are, Mohan Palms, Arihant Anmol, Pranjee Garden City. Naigaon east project shortlisted are Nakshatra Greens, Ornate and Parasnath

The expected completion date of Arihant Anmol is December 2014. The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 34 lakhs for 920 sq ft and for 1bhk it would be around Rs 25 lakhs for 665 sq ft.
The booking charges will be Rs 1 lakh as token amount and within 20 days you have to pay 20 perc of the total amount.
Banks such as SBI, HDFC, LIC, Federal, Axis bank have approvals for home loans for this project. Its a good buy :)
