Hello, i would like to tell you about the pricing for the project. The 2 BHK apartment is priced at Rs 52.5 lakh, while the 3 BHK price ranges between Rs 67 lakh to Rs 1.1 crore. Considering the locality for the project, and the features that are being offered, i think that the prices are decent.

Hey, the project has apartments available in variants of 2 BHK, and 3 BHK. The floor area for the project is 1250 sq ft for the 2 BHK, and 1580sq ft- 2695 sq ft for the 3 BHK. In my opinion, this gives plenty of options to chose from.

Hey bro, i have heard a lot about the project. The project has features like club house, gymnasium, day care centre, landscaped garden, sports facility, intercom, kids play area, power backup, swimming pool, piped gas, 24 hour water supply, and wifi connectivity.

Hi Fayaz; its very good project & located at hot location of hyderabad; with due of metro in mumbai highway which is just minutes from cybercity rainbow vistas the price what builder is quoting is too low as compared to other builders. i suggest you to grab the opportunity for buying it. good luck......

Cyber City Rainbow Vista Rock Garden is a Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation approved project. The connectivity and accessibility you'll experience here will save you a lot of time and effort. It is definitely a good bet if you are planning for a long term investment. The prices are on the higher side but the locality looks promising and more over it has got approval from SBI and nationalized banks.
