Hi James, As per my knowledge, Kajhawala village is a developing area in Delhi, which is situated near to Karala village, Chandpur Village, Ladpur & Upkar vihar colony. This area is well know as Kajhawala Industrial Area. Narela road & Kanjhawala road are major connecting roads for this area.
According to me, major landmarks in this area are Kikar forest, Dada Shymji temple, MCD Boys primary school & Haryana Shakti Senior secondery School. This area is developing , it will take around 4-5yr to be developed. Many infrastructures are proposed in this area, such as banks, hospitals , schools & roads. Definitely these landmarks will add more value to this area.
This area is 4 kms from the existing sectors 20 & sector 22 of Rohini. This area is in midst of large R zone developments under Delhi master plan MPD 2021. Largest Green belt & Institutional development are purposed . This area is well connected to other parts of the city by trains, buses & public transports .
@ James, From connectivity point of view, Nirmala hospital bus stop & Kanjhawala SDM Court are near. Bahadurgarh Raiway station & Ghevra Railway stations are providing better connectivity to this area. Hospitals near to this area are Nirmala hospital, Sanjay Gandhi Memorial hospital & Maharishi Valmiki Hospital. This location is opposite to 934 acres of Soft Industries Park proposed by DSIDC.
Delhi jal board & Delhi Vidyut board are providing water & electricity to this area. Existing metro Rithala metro station is 10.5 km from this location. But proposed metro rail is very near to this area. Expected completion of proposed metro will be around 2016 end. Major infrastructure investments already underway. Bawana Industrial project phase two (DSIDC) is around 0.5 km.
