Q: Hello friends. I am having a flat in RPS SAVANA n it's posession was supposed to b offered in 2009 but till I have not got posession . Their compensation clause is really great. They charge 24% if payment goes late but provide 5 rs/Sq feet compensation . I request all the people who are having their flat In that to please share their contact detail so that we can get posession along with compensation . Even if some of us have got posession , they can also share their details so that they can claim for compensation . Hope for a positive response . Thanks

Hi , I believe this is a ideal location for end use. Basically for end users school, college, banks & connectivity are major concern things. And this sector has all daily basic things in its vicinity. Sector Road development construction work has been begun. This sector is close to upcoming highways and bypass roads and close to business areas of Greater Faridabad. Once the nearby metro work will complete then, it will become a investment hub.

As per sources, in year 2009, the average residential price of sector -88 was around 1950/sq-ft. After the development work started , this sector started to show improvement in this trend. In 2013 January-March this price was around 3350/sq-ft. And this average residential price has touched 4700/sq-ft in April 2015. So the price trend of this sector is showing improvement .
According to me , upcoming metro station is around 10mins away from this project. Proposed FNG ( Faridabad Noida Ghaziabad) expressway is approx 5km away from this sector. This sector situated equidistant from Gurgaon as well as Noida. From connectivity point of view, this is an ideal location well connected with other parts of the city. Very suitable for end use as well as investment.
In my opinion, this is an excellent location, surrounded with many township developments. RPS City & RPS Palms are two major landmarks of this sector. Wazipur road & other streets are providing intercity connectivity to this sector. This area has extraordinary potential considering the accessibility of affordable housing at good price.
Hi Nakul, As per my knowledge, Sector 88 is one of the posh locality in Faridabad. Surrounded by Neharpar, Sector 89 & sector 85. Sector 88 is a prime residential decent sector having all daily basic amenities near by. This sector is situated in the heart of the Faridabad. This sector is developing, many infrastructural works are going on. Close proximity to sector 15 market area.

As per my knowledge, this is a 50 Acre township project. Construction is in full swing. though construction was slow for a short time, but now expected possession is around 2015 Dec. This big project has 12 blocks. Builder has started giving completion certificate to some blocks. So discuss with builder about this issue. As per tower builder will provide perfect final possession date.
