Kasarvadavali and Patlipada Thane

Q: May I know the advantages of selecting property for living in kasarvadavali near Hypercity and Patlipada since difference in arte is 10 lac
Is it worth spending 10 lacs more

Since the difference in the property is Rs. 10 lacs, there must me any reason, either the property is on road side, good connectivity, good supply of water and electricity, nearby basic amenities an so on. So, it ups to you whether you should go with the Kasarvadavali or with Patlipada in Thane.

Cosmos Classique by Cosmos Group located near Hiranandani Estate, Patlipada,, Thane West, Thane. It offers 1/2 BHK residential apartments. 1BHK in 405 sq-ft and 2BHK in 617 sq-ft. And the current price is Rs. 13900/sq-ft. but negotiable. It will cost you approx Rs. 56.29 lacs for 1BHK and Rs. 85.76 lacs for 2BHK. This is is G+17 storey apartments. And it is expected that the date of possession will be June'2015.

Revised price of Cosmos Classique by Cosmos Group at Patlipada, Thane West is Rs. 52.65 lacs for 1BHK in 405 sq-ft and Rs. 80.21 lacs for 2 BHK in 617 sq-ft. and the date of possession will also extended. Now the date of possession will be September-2015.

One more thing that i want to highlight that choosing right property depends on the buyers. Before buying property take a tour to the sight, verify from the local municipal for AL or NA, water and electricity issues in that locality, connectivity, basic amenities nearby or many more. Then only you can get the right property.

Nowadays, generally the area between Waghbil and Bhainderpada is called Kasar Vadavali or simply Vadavali. The area has seen massive population growth with a lot of new residential and commercial projects being completed in the last 2-4 years. Property rates in this area can be seen in the range of Rs.7900/sq-ft to Rs.8150 /sq-ft.

Whereas Patlipada is one of the prominent localities in Thane. The price trends on Patlipada have been witnessing various ups and downs. The current residential property rate in the locality is Rs.10600/sq-ft.
