The places is very scenic and peaceful. If I'm not wrong it is pretty close to Isha Foundation.Theire services are also very nice. They ahve club house, lounge, indoor games, kitchen, activity centre, department store, and gymnasium facilities. However, I am not aware fo the pricing. If someone else is aware of it, please share.

They have 3 types of units available. Single room with attached kitchen and bathroom, like a studio, which will be close to 370 sq.ft. area. There is Single bed room with attached bathroom, hall, kitchen, pantry, and a sit out area, which would be 700 sq. ft. area wise, and then they have double bedroom with attached bathroom, hall, kitchen, pantry, and a sit out area, and is 840 sq. ft. area wise.

Oh this place is good. Only senior citizen homes here. And you'll have a lot of facilities and amenities for your parents.They have good security, medical care, gardeners, housekeeping. Besides these, the managememt here will help them pay their bills and help them with their day to day important chores also. The houses that these guys are providing will be fully furnished. So that will take off the burden for buying basic furnitures also for the house.

Yea, very apt place for your situation. But, you should know that this place is near the foothills of Siruvani, so little toward sthe outskirts of Coimbatore. But, i guess when you are looking for a retirement home, you woudl prefer to stay away from city noise. This entire apartment complex is surrounded by gardens and greenery.

Hey, Swaranalaym goes by the tagline of senior citizen homes only. So, if you are specifically looking for investing in a place where your parents can stay comfortably, this is a good option. The entire projectis being designed to cater to senior citizens, and is perfect for retirement homes.
