Hi Santosh,

According to me, this project has bank approval from LIC HFL, IDBI Bank, Corporation Bank , State bank of India, Oriental bank of commerce & HDFC Bank. I heard that builder is putting some special payment plan in this project.

Hi Suresh,
According to me, builder has special payment plan for this project. Special payment plan is like:-

At the time of booking- 10%,
With in 45 days of booking- 20%,
At the time of 15th floor casting- 30%,
On completion of Super structure- 30%,
On offer of Possession- 10%+Additional Charges.
