By building and getting more projecs like these, the investements in the city by various IT companies may increase. And the real estate value around that area is definetly go sky high, So from an investment point of view, that is a great idea!

See Hyderabad is a good place to build a skyscraper as there is no problem of natural disasters here like earthquakes or cyclones like other cities like Vizag in the state, and also, we have good resources to build skyscrapers.

But then, how wise is it to build a sky scraper near a lake bed? Is the ground around the Sanjeeviah park that stable? Moreover, it such a beautiful green area. Building Sky scrapers there will damage the environment no matter how careful the authorities are.

It should not have any problem from any authorities as the land where this is supposed to come up all belongs to the Govenment only, I have heard that the Hussain Sagar lake is also being cleaned for this project.

Heyy, You heard it right! The Telangana Government recently announced its plans to build the world's tallest tower and a few other sky scrapers in the city. This can be a very good thing for the city's tourism and is another feather in Hyderabad's cap. :)

Yes! The proposed location for the tower is in the Sanjeevaiah Park . This park overlooks the Hussain Sagar and there couldnt have been a better location for it. Also, a few other skyscrapers are said to come up near that area itself. Apparently, first the sky scrapers will be built at around 40 location around the lake in about 100 acres. And then the construction for the tower is supposed to start.
