Hey, actually the locality is fine, but lately the power fluctuation has been a serious issue here. There has been some power deficiency in the whole of Hyderabad. Nehru Nagar had some 2 hour long power cuts. Usually power cuts were reserved for the months of summer. But these extensive and frequent power cuts that started as early as February of this year.

Hey yes, it is a very good and well known residential area. It is nice and calm so it a nice idea if you want to settle down here. The market also seems pretty profitable here. And I guess it is a good idea to invest here as well. You can get many profitable returns in the future. :)

But I am not sure how stable the real estate market is in his ares. It keeps changing all the time. It was around rs 2,400 sometime back in 2011 I think. And then it went up to to 2,600 the same year. It reaches the highest price in 2012 when it was 2,800 per sqft!! And now I think it is around 2,700/- per sqft.

Yes the connectivity of the place is also good. the nearest railway station, the Nampally station is just 8 kms away and the Pragathi Nagar bus stop is less that a killo meter away! So public transport is easily available too and its easy to connect to the pther parts of he city.

Yes, And there is a Metro rail that is coming up in Uppal which is nearby. So the price in this area and the surrounding areas is said to go up in the future. This area will see complete development in the near fiture after the metro project is completed.

Hey Nehru Nagar is a nice place. You get all the decent failities like water and electricity there. Water here is provided by the Grater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and electricity by TSPGCL. And also, this area falls right on the national highway 202 that leads again to the Mumbai Hyderabad highway.
