hey Vedapatti is coming up real fast in the real estate sector with many residential projects coming up here. also it is a very good locality which has some nice schools like Delhi Public School and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans areound it and many hospitals like ANP nursing home and PSG Hospital.

Hey sobha builders are a very reputed infrastructure group in Bangalore and in other cities. they have made many good residential apartments and villas, so i dont think there will be anylegal issues when it comes to this project...

Hey yeah, this project also have DTPC approval and you can obtain a loan from many major banks like the HDFC bank, Axis bank and ICICI bank... and the location of this project is also really good! I think its nice idea to purchase a villa here in vedapatti

The price may not be reasonable but the villas look really spacious! the floor plans of these villas look spacious and are designed to be comfortable, also, being a gated community, they have some really good facilities like a library, wifi and several health facilities inside the property itself.

The price of these luxury villas starts from 2.2 crore to 3 crore. They are only offering 4 bhk apartments though. The are of the villa is approximately 2800 sq ft to 4000 sq ft. So on an avareage, the price per sq ft is around 7400 per sq ft. the cost is a little more actually if u ask me

Hey, its a great place to live. The sobha westhill project provides essential amenties like a large open space, a power back up, a swimming pool, a play area, a garden, and a children's play area. So, I think this is a good choice in the locality. you can visist the area once and see yourself.
