Hey in case you want to take a loan for this project, then there are a lot of banks that are offering approvals for this like the Bank Of Baroda, ICICI Bank, State Bank Of India, LIC Housing Finance and HDFC bank. It wont be a problem to get a loan either.

Hey the Maintenence fee for these apartments is 1500 rupees per month I guess. They also charge a booking amount of rupees 42000.

Yes, the 2 bhk apartments in this project have an area of around 1190 sq ft to 1325 sq ft and the 3 bhk apartments have an area of 1465 to 1495 sq ft. Thats a pretty spacious space with big rooms.

Hey I think the SMR Vinay city has 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments for sale. I think the 2 bhk apartments start from 42 lakhs to 45 lakhs and the 3 bhk apartments are in the price range of 55 lakhs to 60 lakhs.
