Q: I believe this is not true. I have booked a flat here but the house is still not available to move in. Can you guide us through your sources what is the issues with this property. Commonfloor will be instrumental in sharing light and helping all the residents who have booked flat here. Please let me know

Apart from that if we talk about the connectivity, although far from the International Airport it is well connected by rail via the Western Line. Road connectivity is by the Western Express Highway on the East and SV Road and Link Road on the west. A Metro line, terminating at Charkop has been proposed which is expected to be completed soon. The BEST bus depot is close to the railway station.

Hi,
As far as locality is concerned Kandivali is a suburb about 40 km north of CST. Though the area has an underground drainage and sewage system, it still gets slushy during the monsoons. Kandivli is about 22 km from NH17 and close to State Highways. The roads within the locality are about 10-16 ft in width. The locality is about 35 km from premium areas like Juhu and mainly has cooperative multi storey complexes. It has a number of schools and private educational institutions.

I made a discussion with them and found that they are very confident about possession date. Some minor works are still going on. It will be ready to move after 2 months. So, you will get possession of your property middle of the January'2015.
