Q: Hey guys, I am planning to buy a luxury villa in Vadavalli and have heard about the Noble Aishwaryam villas project but i dont have much information on it. Can anybody give me the details?

Hey I think it is a good idea to move to Vadavalli, the area has recently seen some great development in term of real estate and being right along the National highway 167, the price in this area may increase in the future. Now is the right time to invest here.

These villas have an area of around 1600 sq ft to 1800 sq ft for 2 and 3 bhk houses, Thats quite spacious. But the developers havent announced any price though. The price is on request at the moment. But the price right now in Vadavalli is 4000/- rupees per sq ft, so i think you will be able to get these villas for around 64 lakh rupees or so.

Hey the noble aishwaryam is an upcoming villa project that is offering various units with 2 bhk and 3 bhk for sale. The villas are all row houses and I think there are around 30 villas being built and they are all for sale.

Hey the Noble Aishwaryam is offering many facilities too, inside the gated communtity like a multi purpose hall, a club house, a 24 hour power back up and manual security. If you ask me, i find it a good project.
