I think this corridor is more investment friendly than family friendly. Primarily because there arent that many malls, parks, eateries along its length. Although all those establishments are sure to come up, given some time. Also, some restaurants, cafes etc can be found on the nearby Major District rd.

Oh yeah, I heard that the Medanta group have already bought land here, to set up some sort of a medical facility. In fact there are two more major hospital groups - Max Group and Shelby Group are also looking to set up operations here. That will change the face of medical infrastructure of the corridor.

Commercially, the Super Corridor is still a little behind, although there are some grocery stores and supermarkets available nearby. Even major names like Reliance Fresh can be found along the smaller shopping centres. But pretty much all service shops are there on the adjoining Major District Road.

Even healthcare is quite developed along this length. In fact the Maruti Nandan Hospital is located just off the corridor. Also there is a medical hub right beside the corridor, and a lot of leading names of the healthcare sector are investing here.

Oh yeah, thing is even though there arent that many schools on the corridor itself, it is quite close to a school district, and institutes like Kendriya Vidyalaya, National Public School, etc all lie close-by and can be easily accessed.

Dude not just TCS and Infosys, havent you heard about the upcoming Sports Complex here? I mean I think thats also a prominent feature that will attract end-users to this market. Because already the social infrastructure of this place is quite stable.

Undoubtedly. For starters, there is the TCS office that is set up here, that alone is going to attract so many more home buyers to the property market of Super Corridor by creating new job opportunities. In fact Infosys is also here. All these employees will basically want to live close to their workplace, and so will move to the Super Corridor

I personally think that since its this 10 km long stretch, there are plenty of investment opportunities along its length, which are not going to get saturated anytime soon. You can see for yourself, there are so many residnetial projects, and other developmental works happening in this corridor.

Super Corridor is definitely one of the key investment avenues of Indore. Its a pretty long stretch, in fact it starts from the Indore-Pithampura Road in Kordia Barda, and goes on till the junction of the SH27 and the MR10.
